A Yoga & Meditation Workshop at Woke Yoga , Mosman
Join Kelsey and Jess in a two hour workshop focused on shedding your winter coat and embracing the lightness of spring.
After the hibernation of winter, we can find ourselves feeling lethargic, heavy and unmotivated. Let us help you transition into spring with a fresh and new perspective.
During our time together, we will move through some specifically designed postures to increase mobility and get energy flowing, followed by a round of cleansing breathing practices. Breathing is an often overlooked yet simple and effective way of detoxing the body. We will then move into restful and rejuvenating yoga poses to open your body up and to embrace the new season.
We will finish with Ayurvedic tea, as well as some health tips to take with you. Leave feeling refreshed, light and ready to open up to new season.
