A 2 hour workshop hosted by Woke Yoga
During the full moon everything is magnified, making it the perfect time to deepen your spiritual practice and meditation. The few days either side are a time of greater activity, of development and opportunity.
Make the most of this time by joining Kelsey (yoga teacher) and Galina (meditation teacher) for a lunar inspired flow yoga class to release excess energy and tension. Follow the class with a powerful gong bath to induce a state of spontaneous meditation and relaxation.
Feel inspired by the extra light and energy of the moon by letting loose in yoga. Allow for freedom of movement and expression in your body. Our physical focus is on the hips. The hips are the centre of our emotions, which can often be heightened around this time. Once the energy channels are open and flowing, lie back and allow the sounds and vibration of the gong to do the rest of the work.
Enjoy a sense of connectedness and peace as you are lulled by the gong from a Beta, or awake state, into a Theta, or lucid dream state. A state that allows your body to heal and rejuvenate. Restoring a sense of inner harmony.
This workshops will awakening higher states of consciousness that are conducive to healing and transformation. Give yourself the space to relax, renew and rejuvenate. Leave feeling content, clear headed, energetic and optimistic.
