During this two hour workshop, we'll examine our habits of reacting and learn how to face life's challenges with compassion and intelligence. Our time together starts with a discussion and talk on cultivating equanimity (its benefits and its challenges). There will be time for self reflection and analysis on how to bring the practice into your daily life. We will finish with restorative yoga and a meditation. Leave with tools to continue this powerful life-long practice on your own.
