Join Kelsey and Madina for a 2 hour workshop especially designed to ease anxiety and stress using the tools of yoga and aromatherapy.
Fear and anxiety are universal and real for all of us. We will be sharing and connecting with each other to create a sense of community, remember we're in this together!
We will begin with a talk to help you understand anxiety from both a scientific background and a yogic philosophy one. You will then enjoy a deliciously nourishing restorative yoga practice with the intention of bringing you back into your nature state of relaxation and rest. Following the yoga, breathing techniques and meditation will be explored, with take home instructions so you can continue practicing on your own! Essential oils will be used throughout the workshop, especially mixed to bring your energy down to a more calm state. Leave feeling refreshed and armed with tools to help you manage anxiety when it arises.
