Traditionally, the practice of yoga was taught one on one, in an individualised fashion. Private lessons afford you the opportunity to have a practice designed and catered to meet the unique needs of your mind and body.
Yoga therapy sessions are designed to help you with a specific issue or need such as back pain, injury or stress.
These sessions can involve counselling / life style changes / physical yoga / meditation / breath work / relaxation
